Terms of Service

Welcome to Twinkle Neat Cleaning Services LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using any of our cleaning services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Twinkle Neat Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning services
  • Commercial/office cleaning services
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and specific requirements.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include:

  • Being present during service
  • Providing keys or access codes
  • Arranging for lockbox or smart lock access

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a service charge may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

Estimates and Quotes

All pricing estimates are based on information provided by the Client. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, size, and service requirements discovered during the cleaning.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Electronic bank transfers

Recurring Services

For recurring cleaning services, payment will be automatically processed using your payment method on file unless alternative arrangements are made.

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property, special requirements, and any areas needing attention
  • Secure valuables and personal items before service
  • Inform us of any hazardous materials, pest infestations, or safety concerns
  • Provide clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Ensure safe working conditions for our cleaning team
  • Notify us immediately of any concerns during or after service
  • Secure pets in a safe area away from cleaning activities

6. Company Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Provide professional, trained, and background-checked cleaning staff
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
  • Maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage
  • Respect your privacy and property
  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services as described
  • Address any concerns promptly and professionally

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge
  • This guarantee applies to the original scope of work only
  • Additional services or areas not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges

8. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and take responsibility for damages caused by our negligence or improper service. However, our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages caused by our team during service
  • Maximum amount equal to the service fee paid or $500, whichever is greater
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from defective surfaces or materials
  • Items not secured by the Client
  • Loss or damage to items of extraordinary value not disclosed to us
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control (pets, children, etc.)
  • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

Client's Homeowner Insurance

We recommend Clients maintain appropriate homeowner's or renter's insurance to cover personal property.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service schedules due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Refuse service if property conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary
  • Adjust pricing for services that exceed original estimates
  • Discontinue service for non-payment or violation of these Terms

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate recurring services with 7 days written notice. Termination of services does not relieve the Client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

We may immediately terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received
  • Access to property is denied
  • Unsafe or hostile conditions exist
  • The Client violates these Terms

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Your personal information
  • Property access codes and security information
  • Details of your home or business

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Twinkle Neat Cleaning Services LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

13. Dispute Resolution

Good Faith Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

Mediation

If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twinkle Neat Cleaning Services LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of our services
  • False or inaccurate information provided by you
  • Unsafe conditions on your property not disclosed to us

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Twinkle Neat Cleaning Services LLC regarding our services.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to registered clients
  • Website banner or notification
  • Update to the "Last Updated" date
